1. Provider and agreement
These Terms form an agreement between you and GLOBALIETA EDUCATE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED for use of RideOS. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a school or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and use the role assigned to you. School administrators are responsible for granting and removing staff access. A parent or authorised guardian must manage access for a child where required. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
3. Permitted use
RideOS may be used for legitimate riding-school administration and connected user experiences. You must not break the law; access another user’s data without authority; interfere with service security; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits; or use RideOS to harass, deceive or harm others.
4. School and user content
You retain responsibility for information and content you submit. You confirm that you have the necessary authority and permissions, including for rider, child, guardian, instructor and horse records. You grant GLOBALIETA the limited permission needed to host, process, back up and transmit that content to provide and protect RideOS.
5. Plans, trials and payments
Plan features, capacity, price, taxes, billing cycle and trial terms are shown when you subscribe. Charges are due through the offered payment method. You may cancel future renewal using the available account or support route. Fees already paid are refundable only where the displayed plan terms or applicable law require it. We will give reasonable notice of material recurring-price changes.
6. Connected services
RideOS may connect to payment, messaging, analytics, hosting, directory or other third-party services. Their terms may also apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party systems outside our control, but we remain responsible for RideOS obligations imposed by applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep RideOS secure and available, but maintenance, incidents, networks and third-party services may interrupt access. We may improve, replace or discontinue features. Where a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, data or the service; respond to non-payment; comply with law; or address a material breach. You may stop using RideOS and cancel future renewal. After termination, access and data handling remain subject to the applicable plan, retention duties and Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
RideOS software, branding, interfaces and documentation belong to GLOBALIETA or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable trial or subscription. They do not transfer ownership of RideOS intellectual property.
10. Responsibility and liability
RideOS supports administration and communication; schools and users remain responsible for professional judgment, rider safety, horse welfare, instruction, emergency action and compliance with their own legal duties. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights and applicable dispute procedures, courts with jurisdiction over Surat, Gujarat will have jurisdiction. Questions or grievances may be sent to support@globalieta.com. Effective date: 5 September 2026.
